ACTIVITIES

On March 11 of 2000, Nintendo Power will be performing again at the Allen Bales Theater at the University of Alabama. The set list will very likely be as follows:

1. Metroid medley (Title, Brinstar, Kraid, Ridley, Norfair, Escape, Corridor, ??)
2. Dr. Mario medley (Fever, Chill, Virii Tree, ??)
3. Mike Tyson's Punch-Out medley (Title, Match, Mac Knockdown, Opponent Knockdown, Victory, Title Bout, Bike, ??)
4. Zelda medley (Title, Cave, Overworld)

Hopefully, mp3s and asfs will be available for this performance, as was the case for the last one.


In November of 1999, Nintendo Power's first perfomance was given at the Allen Bales Theater at the University of Alabama. The fifteen-minute performance had the following set list:

 IX. Super Mario Bros. 1
    a. Starman Theme
    b. Underwater Theme
    c. Underground Theme
    d. Main Theme
    e. Flag Theme

 

In addition to live performances, Nintendo Power plans to begin recording themes to a four-track in the coming months. Hopefully, these recordings will be available on this site as well.
